El ghosting
Hablas con un potencial cliente, está interesado, te pide una propuesta.
Y de golpe desaparece, silbido y bola del farwest…
Es muy probable que te haya pasado esto.
Todo va bien.
Y de repente como si se le hubiera absorbido un agujero negro.
Le sigues escribiendo y nada.
Yo he sentido mucha frustración…
Todo parecía ir bien, apunto de cerrar un nuevo negocio y luego…
…Nada
Pero esto ya no nos pasa ahora tenemos un proceso.
Un proceso que nos ayuda cuando los potenciales clientes se convierten en fantasma.
Estás son las 3 claves del proceso:
1. He cambiado los mensajes de seguimiento. Ya no pongo “buenos días” u otra formalidad. Más bien un “Hola José”, algo más cercano.
Está demostrado que esto rompe la tensión de sentirse presionado y perseguido por la venta. Prueba algo así:
“Hola José, espero que todo vaya bien. Te escribo rápido sólo para confirmar que recibiste la propuesta que me pediste. ¿Te llegó?”
No queremos presionar para cerrar la venta, sólo buscamos una respuesta. Este rebaja la tensión de la conversación.
Ahora te responderá.
Aprovecha para aportar más y generar intriga. Busca algo relacionado con su mercado o competencia que sea útil para él potencial cliente y le escribes esto:
“He leído el blog de {competencia} y se me ha ocurrido algo, avísame cuando puedas hablar”.
Aquí despertamos muchísima curiosidad. A nadie le gusta quedarse con la duda.
Intenta dejar el texto de lado.
Intenta cerrar una llamada, o enviar un audio o incluso un video personalizado. El texto no transmite todo lo que queremos y se puede mal interpretar. Ten siempre algo más que le puedas ofrecer. Todos queremos sentir que somos valorados.
Prueba varios mensajes de este tipo, y guárdalos en un documento para tenerlos siempre a mano cuando envíes una propuesta y desaparezcan.
Una regla importante es salir de la formalidad ya que se asocia a persecución y presión.
