Te recomiendo que no sean 10, 15 o 20 funcionalidades… Es preferible centrarse en la principal, crear el prototipo, validar y poco a poco escalar todo lo demás.

Empezar por el prototipo tiene una gran ventaja, pueden pasar dos cosas:
Que el cliente te pregunte “esto me puede interesar ¿cuándo lo puedo probar?”
O por el contrario te diga “No me interesa porque…”
Y en este segundo caso, que sé que es lo que más nos asusta a todos, ¡lo realmente importante es el por qué!
Esta es la parte que más te va a gustar del prototipo.
Cuando el cliente te cuenta por qué no le interesa te está diciendo lo que en realidad quiere.
Y esa es tu mejor arma para mejorar tu producto.
Esto es lo que te da la libertad de pivotar y darle la solución que realmente quiere.
